Barrio Expressions (earlier title Lo Que Es) was a community access television show documenting Chicanx and Latinx life in the East San Francisco Bay Area. It ran on Hayward cable television from 1976-1985. While the shows were filmed primarily in the Hayward area, they include stories from around the East Bay and San Jose.
