!!! Update: I changed the design a little to save material/filament. !!! Adapter frame to mount up a 2,5" ssd to 3,5" shaft. Notice: fit well in small cases which doesen't have much space for cabels because it is modular ... You will also need: - 6 x M3 nuts to insert in the frame

This is a "fake" SSD to display in your Phanteks computer case. I have a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX which has a mounting position to display the SSD of your choice. Since I didn't want to root any cables there and wanted to have something nice looking in that position I made this 3D model. Should work for any SSD mounting thing that uses the same layout of the cutouts.

The adapter allows you to install 2 2.5'' SSDs in the 5.25'' bay inside of HP workstation case. No screws are required to mount the adapter in the case. The adapter is inserted into the grooves in the case and secured with the original latch. The SSD is attached to the adapter with 4 screws. I post two adapter versions, each in two options: - SSD adapter 5.25 v.1.0 with Supports (I printed this version for myself) - the model has built-in support that allows you to print it from ABS plastic -...

Dual Sata SSD to Regular HDD adapter. I modified this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3044978 to fit my needs. The source was for only 1 hdd and the screw holes to the case were too thin for me to use. I decided to make it in parts so that it might fit more cases and uses less plastic. The extra holes allow you to pick how forward in the case you'd like it. One SSD will be mounted upside-down. This can be used to mount 1 SSD. The height, including screws is 3.7cm, or 1.5".

A mounting bracket for stacking two SSD's on top of each other. The two drives attach to the brackets via the side mounting holes, leaving the bottom of the lower drive completely clear to mount to your drive bay/drive adapter/PC case. This bracket should fit any 7mm tall 2.5" SSD or HDD. When assembled, there is a 7mm air gap between the two drives to allow for ventilation. Total height fully-assembled is approximately the same as a 3.5" HDD. To assemble, you will need: * 2x Mounting...

This is a 2.5" SSD to 3.5" SATA bay adaptor, designed to fit most SSDs, but based around the Western Digital Blue SSD. If you want the full enclosure, print two of the "female" sections, then use the pins to help register and join them together. However, the fit has been snug enough that if your SATA bays are horizontal, you can get away with just one acting as a tray for the SSD to slot into.

My home NAS server is about 6 years old and has 4 hot-swap SSD bays which are used for the data volumes. The OS was installed on a Compact Flash card, which despite giving excellent service, got fritzed when I turned it off to clean the office (moral: *never* turn things off if they're working and covered in dust!) The CF card was in an adapter which was mounted on the white pegs you can see in the photos. The quickest and cheapest option to get the server up and running again was to replace...

Recently I picked up a little Dell OptiPlex 3050 which has an M.2 SSD slot. I picked up a little 2230 M.2 SSD for a song only to find that the OptiPlex only had a 2242 mounting hole. So I made this little clip. It's designed to be bolted down with a fine pitch computer screw where the 2242 M.2 standoff would usually go and holds the SSD down by just the edge so as not to impede cooling on the main chip. Hope this works as well for you as it does for me!

This is an SSD adapter designed to fit into the 3.5" drive bay on (some) Dell PCs. It fits into the existing caddy as a push fit and is offset. The caddy requires the drive to be off-centre whereas other adapters I found were centred, which fouled the connectors. I have kept the body as slim as possible to minimise material. The item will flex but this is stopped by the insertion of the SSD.

A tool-less SSD tray for HP computers (and maybe others) needing 4 screws in the harddrive before mounting to lock it in place. It got a spring lock to keep the SSD from sliding out so perfect for a quick retrofit. Fits SSD's up to 6.8mm tall. Tested on a HP Compaq dc5750 SFF. Designed with OnShape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/de095a3ec5314d4f09470760/w/b3d2be924cf909a1e83e909b/e/4730bdd654f8e5627caf87be

Remixed from the original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4178847 to fix a few issues I found for my use case: - walls are slightly thickened - Doubled to support 8 drives instead of 4, would not recommend mounting HDDs though, just SSDs. - Added pillar supports - Added a second crossbar. The original just flexed too much Printed with pla at 50 mm/s on my ender 3
