This is Train (Trentham - Wellington). It is a field recording from the inside of a train going from Trentham, Upper Hutt to Wellington; both in New Zealand. The music of 1869's project EP 'Bangaihen" is ambient/drone spectrum, with a light touch of field recordings used in the last track. This three track EP is a great example of the artist's style, slowly developing a texture of a few motives, that are repeating throughout the tracks.
