In this third and last Part of this series, we introduce the Klein Bottle Logic and its digital codification. We present a codification of the four letters of DNA or RNA in terms of the four states of this logic, and further relate it to three subalphabets –introduced by Petoukhov and He- as three primal biochemical distinctions –in the sense of Spencer-Brown- of a HyperKlein Bottle. We present a topological-algebraic algorithm for the generation of genomes, which turn out to have a fractal...

Fixed filter bank neural network. Replace the adjustable filters (weighted sums) in an artificial neural network with a transform such as the FFT or Walsh Hadamard transform (fixed filter bank.) Then replace the fixed nonlinear function with individually adjustable nonlinear functions. That is make the nonlinear functions adjustable by parameterizing them. This reduces the computational costs from O(n^2) operations per layer to O(nlog(n)) operations per layer.

Encryption is one of the ways to ensure high security for real time applications. In advanced Encryption and data-hiding, Encryption is done only on primary part of image and remaining part is sent as a plain image for secure data communication .A channel provider without the knowledge of a cryptographic key and original content may tend to reduce the data amount due to the limited channel resource. After encoding and on compression of encrypted data into a down sampled sub image and several...

R&D Report 1976-28 : Hadamard transformation: Assessment of bit-rate reduction methods. C.K.P. The main characteristics of the transform signals are outlined and the methods of linear and non-linear coding used to reduce their bit rate are described. It was found that, with linear coding, a slightly higher bit rate is required to describe the transform...

R&D Report 1974-13 : Walsh-Hadamard transformation of television pictures R. Walker, C.K.P. Clarke This report gives a summary of the basic theoretical background of Walsh-Hadamard transformation and describes a method by which the process may efficiently be carried out on real-time television signals. The use of such a transformer, augmented by signal measurements carried out in non-real time, is described. The use of the technique as a means of television bit-rate reduction is discussed.

Ocean acoustic tomography is particularly suited to observing mesoscale dynamic processes, which may not be adequately observed by more conventional methods. Ships and buoys are limited in their sampling rates by location and /or transit speed while the tomographic signal samples the current and temperature fields all along its path at the speed of sound. Variation in the travel time of the signal occurs due to inhomogeneity in either the sound speed or the current. The ocean's fluctuation can...

Abstract. Let ||L|| > u be arbitrary. In [17], the main result was the description of Hadamard morphisms. We show that ^r <= l. Hence recent developments in differential graph theory [17] have raised the question of whether r != Xo. U. L. Kepler [17] improved upon the results of L. Brouwer by studying smoothly tangential subgroups.

Travel time of an acoustic signal from transmitter to receiver provides a great deal of information about the ocean environment. Variations in the travel time of the signal may be caused by the changes in the sound speed along the path. Since sound speed is a function of pressure, temperature and salinity, measurement of this parameter in acoustic tomography provides a means to observe ocean fluctuations through the use of inverse techniques. The upcoming Heard Island Experiment will attempt to...

Parallel implementations of Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs) and other Fast transforms are represented using factored, partitioned matrices. the factored matrix description of a distributed FFT is introduced using a decimation-in-time (DIT) FFT algorithm suitable for implementation on a distributed parallel processor. The heart of the matrix representation of distributed fast transforms is the use of permutations of an NxN identity matrix to describe the required later-processor data transfers on...
