this holds the pulley for the x-belt. in the original design, witch the rods where only stucked in, was most of the tension directed over the z-bearings, z-rods and frame. this presses directly onto the x-rods, witch have a blind-hole on the other end. I don't like looking at the dirt and debris that collects in the rails on my 3D printer so I decided to create a small insert to help keep them clean. Since I was printing them, I thought it would be fun to make them out of color filament to make the printer color coordinated. These should fit any standard printer rails. Just adjust the length to what you need. I hope you find this useful.

I purchased the StrongFinish Thermal Glass and did not like the idea of using binder clips to hold the glass in place. The corner holds the glass on the outside and is lower than the glass surface.

The original printbed of the ctc printers isn `t very stiff, so it bends during the leveling process. Thats why I decided to design my own printbed. This is Wind Shield Holder (type B) for 2020 alumunium frame. Wind Shield is usefull for printing ABS to maiintain temperatur, It also usefull to maintain hot bed temperatur. We can use cartoon or acrilic for shield. Becarefull if you place your board under hotbed. It can be too hot. Place a divider between hotbed and board. Add fan. Hello, i didn´t like how the cables running besides the extruder were hanging and rubbing everywhere, so i designed this small part to catch them with a ziptie. Now the cables/wires run clearly outside of the frame. Use a Allen Bolt M3x40 mm shortened to 37 mm, but please test for your printer Mount at one corner of the extruder stepper and replace the original bolt with the new bolt.

Saw a video of a similar thing on YouTube but the guy had no link to the STL files. So broke out Sketchup and designed them from scratch. Designed to snap fit around the 8mm smooth Y Axis rod between the two LM8UU bearings. (See image). Can be used with ANY printer that uses an 8mm rod.

Fed-up of seeing the mess of trailing wires above my extruder. So designed this box to hide the connections and make the printer look tidier. It is very lightweight. You can either print the 2 parts of the Joined one. I printed the 2 parts and glued them together. No supports needed. The JOINED model requires supports.

I've redesigned the Z Carriage in order to use LM8LUU bearings, as it fits better in my build, I think Z slides much better due to the "alignment" of the bearing. There is a regular version, with the same size as the original, and a compact version, just a bit shorter so the Z axis is a few mm bigger :) Clamps are the original ones, with M3 screws, and the other are the same M5 screws for 2020 aluminum profiles.

hello, i have made these corners to make a enclosure for my printer, but you can use these for any printer, i used 20mm insulation to enclose my printer, only needed to cut out a little bit out of the corner of the insulation to make it a perfect fit, otherwise the corners could not be printed like this, but it works great ! have fun !

We noticed a lot of drag on the filament with the long feeder tube and tight path the feeder tube followed. This can cause issues with the filament feeding especially with Non UP Filament. Our custom version features a slot in the cover so the filament can be fed directly into the Extruder Head, providing the best path of least resistance. In addition, filament loading is much quicker and less of a hassle.

During my quest to rid this printer of Z wobble (pretty sure I need to free float the X axis or modify the left X unit), I modeled and printed a Z axis top that omits the Z axis threaded rod holes. I've been using it since printing it in my 3Dtje, and while it hasn't cured my Z wobble, it has definitely reduced it quite a bit. Side wall upgrade for the black CTC (dual) printer. Holds 220mm high 260mm wide 6mm thick screen . Top pieces use the existing holes in the frame to keep the glass in place and the bottom pieces sit over the frame without need for screws or bolts . there is small screw holes in the bottom pieces in case you want to bolt the glass to the pieces . These are designed to snap into t-slots on a printer with an aluminum, t-slot chassis. This is still a work in progress, and I haven't yet made the part in an open-source CAD system yet (though that's on the way). This particular one is a lower height. I plan to add others that are low-profile and tall to hold extra cables. This particular one can hold two motor cables without too much trouble (though it's a little harder to get in with both).
