A tv press conference (Context: http:terraininstruments.org/WMT.jpg) delayed this mono reel-to-reel recording. The protective tarp has yet to be hoisted; however, the image context does show Host Earl Eldridge of Cedar Rapids Iowa facing the foldable card table.
