Shipping and Handling

Please email your shipping address to newsloans@archive.org after completing payment.

Loan requests are generally processed within 3 business days, and shipped within the United States via USPS First Class mail.

Expedited loan requests are generally processed within 1 business day, and shipped within the United States via FedEx Standard Overnight and Express Mail International for patrons outside of the United States.

We can not guarantee these schedules, but we will try our best.
For shipments within the United States, we will include a prepaid return shipping envelope; international patrons will need to pay their own return shipping costs.

Fees

Loan fees include shipping. Expediting fee is required for each expedited program. Multiple programs may be sent together or separately. If dissatisfied for any reason, the fee is refundable if the USB flash drive is returned within 10 days.

System Requirements

Computer that can accept a USB-A flash drive”. Software to play the video files is often included natively on many operating systems or it can be played by installing the free VLC Media Player. Metadata files are in XML and can be viewed in standard text editors.
