GONZALEfZ RODRIQUEZ TOLD REPORTERS IN MIAMI LAST OCTOBER 
THAT HE MADE PERIODIC TRIPS TO CUBA TO TAKE REFUGEES, 

HE WAS^THE SOLE SURVIVOR OF THE BOAT WHICH GOT CAUGHT
