Enclosed are the signed affidavits under 37 CFR 1 .132 of Chang C. Tsuei, 
Timothy Dinger and David B. Mitzi referred to in applicants response mailed on April 
27, 1998. 

Attached herewith are pages 59-62 from the book "Copper Oxide 
Superconductors" by Charles Poole referred to in applicants response dated November 
28, 1998 at pages 14-15 as being in Attachment H to that response. These pages 
were inadvertently omitted from that response and are attached herewith. The

of applicants response dated November 28, 1997.
