Continuation of Substance of Interview including description of the general nature of what was agreed to if an 
agreement was reached, or any other comments: Discussed the difference between McDonald's mortgage origination 
and Applicant's asset securitization. Applicant indicated asset securitization was the process of bringing multiple assets 
together , most specifically commercial assets, in order to offer the assets as an instrument for sale.Examiner 
requested the definition of asset securitization data as found in the proposed claim 1 .Applicant could not indicate the 
exact location of the definition however will respond to the request in the written response.
