Requirement to Elect Species 

The Requirement to Elect Species mailed April 11, 2006, requires 
Applicants to elect a single disclosed species for prosecution on the merits. The 
Requirement to Elect Species mailed April 11, 2006 identifies the distinct species 
on pages 2 through 42. The requirement is supported imder 35 U.S.C. 121. 
Response to Requirement to Elect Species 
Applicants elect, without traverse, the following Species: 
Species 4aa, drawn to an embodiment of the invention in which at least 
one circuit line is sawtooth shaped with the sawtooth having rounded comers, 
the stretchable polymer body is poly(dimethylsiloxane), the circuit line is a 
conductive ink, and the stretchable polymer body comprises a microcable. 
Identification of Claims 

Applicants identify the claims readable thereon as follows: claims (5 and 
24), (10, 29, and 37) (11 and 30), and (18 and 50).

Summary 



Applicants have elected, without traverse, the following Species: 

Species 4aa, drawn to an embodiment of the invention in which at least 
one circuit line is sawtooth shaped with the sawtooth having rounded comers, 
the stretchable polymer body is poly(dimethylsiloxane), the circuit line is a 
conductive ink, and the stretchable polymer body comprises a microcable. 

The claims readable thereon are listed as follows: claims (5 and 24), (10, 29, 
and 37) (11 and 30), and (18 and 50). 

Applicants believe they have responded to each point raised in the 
"Requirement to Elect Species" mailed April 11, 2006. If it is believed that a
