that the original filed oath/declaration was defective for failing to identify the citizenship of each 
inventor. Accordingly, a substitute Oath/Declaration is herein submitted in compliance with 37 
CFR 1.67(a). Applicants respectfully request entry of the substitute Oath/Declaration. 

Only after entry of the substitute Oath/Declaration, Applicants hereby expressly abandon 
this application, but not the invention, in favor of related divisional U.S. Patent Application No. 
1 1/521,487 filed on September 15, 2006 (050229-0566). The substitute Oath/Declaration is 
submitted herein to maintain continuity for the above-referenced related divisional. 


Entry of the substitute Oath/Declaration and favorable consideration first, and then 
express abandonment of this application, in that order, are respectfully requested. 

To the extent necessary, a petition for an extension of time under 37 C.F.R. 1.136 is 
hereby made. Please charge any shortage in fees due in connection with the filing of this 
paper, including extension of time fees, to Deposit Account 500417 and please credit any 
excess fees to such deposit account.
